Colorado band Tensas & The Mourners unleash their most urgent track yet with “Evil Nations”, a fierce and unapologetic protest-punk anthem that confronts corporate greed, fascist politics, and the displacement of people worldwide.
Blending distorted punk fury with a roots rock feel and flashes of trumpet-driven groove, the song moves between tense, dance-like verses and explosive, defiant choruses. The result is raw and unfiltered — music meant to be shouted in unison, not smoothed over.
“Deportation, evil nations / we say f*ck your greed”
With biting lyrics like this, “Evil Nations” channels the long tradition of protest songs into a modern anthem for a world on edge. Colorado’s Tensas & The Mourners echo the urgency of past generations while carving out their own uncompromising voice.
“Evil Nations” is out October 6 on all streaming platforms via Tall Tale Records.
